Mandala Flow Yoga Retreat

The Mandala yoga practices are circular flows, inspired by the elements of fire, water, earth and air. The harmonious dance of a Mandala yoga flow is powered by conscious breathing and concentration, like a moving meditation.
Guided by Davor Ciglar, you will learn to move mindfully through sequences that will activate your whole body, ground your balance, extend your suppleness and build your endurance. Find peace, poise and power through this 4-day workshop.
Classes will be conducted in English. Adults welcome. The retreat is best suited for medium to experienced practitioners. Min. 6 and max. 8 participants. Indoor and – weather permitting – outdoor practices.
Individual sessions, including a basic Ayurvedic diagnosis and massages available on request.
