Through fluid practices, emotional workshops, and silent meditations, “Reveal Yourself!” invites you to explore your emotional boundaries, heal past wounds and reveal your true essence. With vegetarian meals and a serene environment, you will be inspired, renewed and in love with the beat of your soul.

The retreat is designed and led by Greta Melecchi, founder of Mystik Yoga Lab. Yoga Educator, International certified trainer in Vinyasa, Hatha, Prana Flow, Lunar Flow, Yin Lunar Odaka, Shiva, Pilates, Fascia. Greta is a sociologist and an expert in integrated well-being (Shiatsu, Reiki, Mindfulness, Autogenic Training, Coaching), featuring among the first 300 certified Chief Happiness Officers (CHO) in Italy, and a promoter of the Science of Happiness.

The retreat is accessible to all levels of practice and will be led principally in Italian (Greta speaks English, as well).
